摘要: 技术环境的快速变迁使档案对象管理空间由模拟空间转入数字空间,管理对象和要素的变化导致传统的档案资源管控体系难以适应新的管理需求。本文分析论证了文档对象结构模型的价值与意义,提出文档对象结构模型构建应基于完整性原则,构建了包括分类体系、N本形态与元数据架构在内的对象结构,集中展现了从全宗到元数据的档案对象的全树模型,有助于在模拟空间和数字空间中实现对档案资源体系的全面管控。
Abstract:The rapid development of information technology makes archival object’s management space transform from analog space to digital space. In this process, the changes of management objects and elements make it difficult for the traditional management system to meet the new management needs. This paper analyzes the value and significance of archival object structure model, and proposes that the construction of this model should be based on the integrity principle. On this basis, the object structures including classification system, N-form and metadata architecture are constructed, which show the full-tree model of archival object from the fond to metadata, and are helpful to realize the comprehensive management of archive resource system in both analog space and digital space.
