：Based on the 363 academic papers published in 7 core journals of archival science in CNKI database from 2010 to 2018,this paper analyzes the present situation of the application of new archive technology, points out the shortcomings of the research,and forecasts its development trend. At present,the research on this topic is in the period of specific application. From the research hotspot in this topic,the most frequent subject words are big data,followed by digital archives,cloud computing, archival information resources,archival data,electronic documents,archives informatization,electronic archives,smart archives,etc. The academic circles focus on the following topics：the construction of the application system and management mode of the new archival technology,the development and preservation of the archival digital resources,the security of the archival information,the construction of the new archival service mode and the case analysis of the application of the new archival technology. The research results have played a certain role in promoting the transformation of the traditional archives management paradigm,but there are also some problems,such as the research content is not comprehensive,the initiative and innovation of the research are deficient,and the reference of the research is not strong,etc. Therefore,it is necessary for scholars to further carry out comprehensive,creative and targeted exploration.
