摘要:

档案管理是数据生态系统的重要组成部分，档案部门如何参与数据管理、赋能数据社会发展、彰显档案贡献，成为摆在档案工作者面前的现实问题。澳大利亚国家档案馆既立足本职，开展档案管理与数据管理业务衔接，又通过“两步走”战略积极拓展职能，率先通过自我变革推动文件管理转向数据管理，而后成为数据领域的可信合作伙伴。相关实践具有具有层次性，意味着“在坚守中创新”；具有渐进性，意味着“有为才能有位”；具有曲折性，意味着“在荆棘中前行”。这启示我国档案部门在参与数据管理过程中需要主动出击、找准定位、多措并举。

Abstract：

Records management is an important component of the data ecosystem, and how archival institutions participate in data management, empower the development of the data society, and demonstrate the contribution of archives has become a practical issue facing archivists and records managers. The National Archives of Australia focuses on its own duties and carries out the integration of records and archives management and data management; through the "two-step" strategy, actively expand functions, takes the lead in promoting records management to data management through self transformation, and then becomes a trusted partner in the data field. The relevant practices have a gradual nature, which means that "only those who are capable can have a position"; have hierarchy, which means "innovating while sticking to it"; have twists and turns, which means "moving forward in the midst of thorns". This inspires China's archival institutions to take proactive measures, find the right positioning, and take multiple measures when participating in data management.
