摘要: 

档案事业高质量发展呼唤档案宣导人才。北美院校在档案宣导人才的培养上具有丰富的经验和成熟的体系,为我国开展档案宣导教育提供借鉴。本文利用文献分析法和网络调查法,把握北美院校档案宣导教育的宏观趋势,从教育模式、教学目标、课程内容、教材、阅读材料、教学方法、考核方式等方面进行剖析,并总结其逻辑理路。北美院校档案宣导教育主要遵循以下逻辑:根植国家战略和社会需求;完善多元主体协同育人;增强学科自信和职业担当;加强档案宣导基础理论研究;注重灵活教学和务实考核。这些逻辑可以为我国培养档案宣导人才提供参考。

Abstract

High-quality development of archival undertaking depends on talents in archival advocacy. Schools in North America have rich experience and a mature system of training talents in archival advocacy, which can provide reference for Chinese schools to implement archival advocacy instructions. Using the methods of literature analysis and online survey, this paper grasps the macro trend of the archival advocacy courses in North America. The educational models, contents, teaching objectives, textbooks, reading materials, teaching methods and assessment methods were analyzed, and their logical routes were summarized. Archival advocacy education in North American institutions mainly follows the following logic: being rooted in national strategies and social needs; enhancing multi-stakeholder collaborative education; fostering discipline confidence and professional responsibility; strengthening foundational theoretical research in archival advocacy; and emphasizing flexible teaching methods and practical assessment approaches. These principles provide references for cultivating talents in archival advocacy in China.
