Abstract: Based on the concept of management and control, the paper puts forward that management and control is the best way to standardize the collection of oral archives, and discusses the content of management and control from three aspects including element control, process control and result control, in order to effectively guarantee the standardization of oral archives collection process and result, improve the quality of oral archives collection and promote the development of oral archives resources to a deeper and wider space.
