Abstract: The construction of traditional village archives management system can solve the problems of multiple construction, multiple management, repeated collection of information and fragmented utilization caused by the fragmented file construction. The goal of the construction of the traditional village archives management system is to“integrate”the existing scattered and uncoordinated traditional village archives construction bodies with the force of system connection and integration, so as to promote the mutual coordination, promotion, supplement and strengthening among the constituent parts, and to produce the overall management effect greater than individuals. Its construction principle is integral, collaboration, share, dynamic. The construction ideas include a good top-level design, scientific and reasonable division of labor, collaborative construction, integration and sharing. Its constituent elements are traditional village archives resource system, archives utilization system and archives management guarantee system.
