Abstract: Based on the accountabilities and obligations of archives management in modern society,this paper summarizes the types of political,legal and moral accountabilities of social accountability ethics in archives management,and its characteristics of universality,foresight,periodicity and self-discipline. Self-discipline consciousness,professional ethics consciousness and public archives consciousness are put forward as the basic ideology of archives management accountability ethics. It’s important to perfect the realization path of archives management accountability ethics,namely,the mechanism of“self”operation and“other”operation,and to form a standardized ethical order.
