Abstract: After the reform of the party and state institutions,local archives at all levels are set up separately,and they are directly under the party committee. They should grasp the new requirements of the new era,actively adapt to institutional changes,improve the working mechanism,re-examine the positioning of the main body of the archives cause,and clarify the objectives and functional directions,managing the records for the party,serving the country,serving the people,adhering to the safety bottom line,promoting professionalism,and to create a new situation in the development of the archives cause.
