摘要:

通过梳理我国档案馆立法沿革和现状,分析档案馆法律法规特点,总结新中国成立以来档案馆立法规律,探讨加快我国档案馆专门立法的紧迫性、可行性,从立法路径选择和立法要明确的主要问题提出我国档案馆专门立法的建议。

Abstract：

By combining archives legislation history and status quo in our country,analyzing the characteristics of the archives laws and regulations,summarizing the rule of archives since the foundation of our country,it is discussed the urgency and feasibility of special legislation of archives in our country and from the legislative path selection and the main problems needed to be solved,the author puts forward suggestions for special legislation of archives.
