摘要: 

保护电子文件的可信性是目前电子文件管理领域的研究热点。近几年,新兴的区块链技术逐渐被引入档案领域,其所具备的不可篡改、透明可追溯、保密性等特点能有效适用于电子文件可信保护。本文在电子文件长期保存的背景下,深入探讨电子文件可信保护,从对区块链与电子文件的共性及电子文件可信保护要素分析切入,借鉴OAIS模型,提出“信息区块”概念及基于区块链技术的电子文件可信保护框架,以期为维护电子文件真实性、可靠性、完整性和可读性,建立电子文件信任的实施提供参考。

Abstract

To protect the trust in electronic records is the hotspot research in the field of electronic management. In recent years, blockchain technology is being introduced into the archives science, which can effectively be applied to protect trustworthiness of electronic records owe to its traceability, transparency and confidentiality. Under the background of long-term preservation of electronic records in this paper and referring to the OAIS, it delves into the trusted protection of electronic records, and puts forward the concept of“information block” and the trusted protection framework for electronic records based on blockchain technology, from the common features between blockchain and electronic records. The framework is to maintain authenticity, reliability readability and integrity of electronic records and to build trust in it, providing reference for the protection implementation of the trustworthy electronic records.
