基于文本挖掘的高校网络舆情研究热点及趋势

摘要: 【目的/意义】随着社会信息化程度增加,高校网络舆情正处于蓬勃发展阶段,其研究旨在为高校网络舆情 治理提供理论支持与实践指导,促进网络空间环境的良性发展。【过程/方法】对中国知网(CNKI)中主题为高校网 络舆情的期刊文献从宏观和微观两个层面展开分析。宏观角度采用VOSviewer可视化工具,揭示时间维度上的研 究发展情况和关键词聚类;微观角度利用LDA主题模型推断出该领域主题分布以及主题词分布情况,从而揭示文 档集合中潜在的主题结构。最终得到高校网络舆情研究的热点及趋势。【结果/结论】高校网络舆情思想政治教育、 高校网络舆情引导与治理和高校网络舆情突发事件管理策略方面研究是当前学者们的研究热点,未来将可能通过 大数据技术、网络思想政治教育方式和跨学科融合方式加强高校网络舆情研究。【创新/局限】本文的数据较为局 限,分析工具单一,不能全面系统地反映我国高校网络舆情的相关研究成果。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】With the increase of social informatization, online public opinion in colleges and universities is in a stage of vigorous development. This study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the governance of online pub⁃ lic opinion in colleges and universities, and promote the healthy development of cyberspace environment.【Method/process】The jour⁃ nal literature on the topic of online public opinion of universities in China National Knowledge Network (CNKI) was analyzed from the macro and micro levels. From a macro perspective, VOSviewer visualization tool is used to reveal the research development and key⁃ word clustering in time dimension. From a micro perspective, the LDA topic model is used to infer the distribution of topics and topic words in this domain, so as to reveal the potential topic structure in the document collection. Finally, the hot spots and trends of online public opinion research in universities are obtained【. Result/conclusion】The research on ideological and political education of online public opinion in colleges and universities, guidance and governance of online public opinion in colleges and universities, and manage⁃ ment strategies of online public opinion emergencies in colleges and universities are the current research hotspots of scholars. In the future, it is possible to strengthen the research on online public opinion in colleges and universities through big data technology, online ideological and political education methods and interdisciplinary integration methods【. Innovation/limitation】The data in this paper is relatively limited, and the analysis tool is single, which cannot comprehensively and systematically reflect the relevant research results of online public opinion in Chinese universities.
