大数据驱动企业竞争情报感知能力的形成机理 ——基于华为公司的案例研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】数字经济时代,数据成为新一代的情报资本。同时,新冠疫情、中美贸易战等事件加剧了商业 环境的不确定性,从而对企业借助大数据灵敏地感知外部环境变化以实现风险预警和机会识别提出更高要求。因 此,探究大数据环境下企业竞争情报感知能力的形成具有重要意义。【方法/过程】本文首先重新界定大数据下企业 竞争情报感知能力的概念。其次,以系统论和竞争情报价值链理论为指导,结合大数据背景下情报工作的特点,构 建新型竞争情报感知能力层次结构模型,深入阐释各构成要素及其相互关系。最后,通过对华为的案例研究,剖析 大数据驱动企业竞争情报感知能力的构成要素与形成特征,以此验证该模型的有效性。【结果/结论】结果表明,大 数据下企业竞争情报感知能力由三个能力层次构成,其形成是一个阶段性的动态过程,遵循“大数据牵引情报资源 优化—大数据驱动情报过程重塑—大数据助推情报功效重构”的路径。【创新/局限】本文丰富了大数据环境下企业 竞争情报感知能力的理论体系,为企业在大数据环境下培育竞争情报感知能力提供理论和实践指导。未来可将研 究对象拓展到多案例,并进一步开展量化研究,提高研究的代表性和科学性。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】In the age of the digital economy, data has become a new generation of intelligence capital. Mean⁃ while, covid-19, the Sino-US trade war and other events have increased uncertainty of the business environment, placing a higher de⁃ mand on companies to use big data to sensitively perceive changes in the external environment with the help of big data in order to re⁃ alize risk early warning and opportunity identification. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the formation of enterprise com⁃ petitive intelligence perception capability in the big data environment.【Method/process】Firstly, we redefine the concept of competi⁃ tive intelligence perception capacity in the big data environment. Secondly, guided by the system theory and competitive intelligence value chain theory, combined with the characteristics of competitive intelligence in the context of big data, we construct a new hierar⁃ chical structure model of competitive intelligence perception capacity, and explains the factors and their relations in depth. Finally, a case study of Huawei is conducted to analyze the components and formation characteristics of the competitive intelligence perception capability driven by big data, so as to verify the validity of the model.【Result/conclusion】The results show that the competitive intelli⁃ gence perception capacity of enterprises is composed of three levels of competence, and its formation is a dynamic process of stages, following the path of“Big data leads competitive intelligence resource optimization-big data drives competitive intelligence process reengineering-big data promotes competitive intelligence function reconstruction”.【Innovation/limitation】This research enriches the theoretical system of enterprise competitive intelligence perception capability in big data environment, providing theoretical and practi⁃ cal guidance for enterprises to cultivate competitive intelligence perception capability in the big data environment. In the future, the re⁃ search object can be expanded to multiple cases, and further quantitative research can be carried out to improve the representativeness and scientificity of the research.
