有组织科研驱动的高校图书馆学科情报服务框架构建与实践

摘要:

【目的/意义】高校有组织科研是助力国家高水平科技自立自强、加快发展新质生产力的一种变革科研范式
和组织模式,为图书馆学科情报服务提供了新的驱动力和作为空间。【方法/过程】在分析有组织科研的内涵特征及
其对学科情报服务需求的基础上,引入价值共创理论和情报学中的多源信息利用思想、跨界竞争情报思维等,设计
构建了有组织科研驱动的高校图书馆学科情报服务框架。该框架由信息采集层、知识加工层和情报应用层三部分
组成,充分体现了学科情报服务被赋予的新的时代内涵和特征。最后,以上海海事大学图书馆为例,对有组织科研
服务进行实践验证。【结果/结论】有组织科研承担的重要战略使命对高校图书馆学科情报服务提出了更高的要求,
高校图书馆应聚焦其情报需求场景,整合资源,强化情报意识和能力,推动服务创新。【创新/局限】有组织科研驱动
高校图书馆学科情报服务创新是一个系统性课题,本文从服务理念和内容方面进行了理论探讨,对服务机制、馆员
能力、服务评价等方面的研究尚待深入。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】Organized research in universities is a transformative research paradigm and organizational model
that promotes national sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening at higher levels, accelerates the development of new quality pro⁃
ductive forces, and provides a new driving force and scope for library's subject intelligence services
.
【Method /process】Based on ana⁃
lyzing the characteristics of organized research and its demand for subject intelligence services, the value co-creation theory, the con⁃
cept of multi-source information utilization in information science, cross-boundary competitive intelligence thinking were introduced.
A framework for organized research-driven subject intelligence services in university libraries was designed and constructed. This
framework consists of three parts: information collection, knowledge processing, and intelligence application, and has the new era con⁃
notation and characteristics of subject intelligence services. Finally, taking the library of Shanghai Maritime University as an example,
practical verification is conducted on organized research services.
Result/conclusion】The important strategic mission undertaken by
organized research has put forward higher requirements for subject intelligence services in university libraries. University libraries
should focus on the intelligence demand scenes, integrate resources, strengthen intelligence awareness and capabilities, and promote
service innovation
.
【Innovation/limitation】The transformation of subject intelligence services in university libraries driven by organized
research is a systematic issue. This article just explores the theoretical aspects of service concepts and content, but further research is
needed on service mechanisms, librarian capabilities, and service evaluation.
