科学数据与科学文献关联信息存在状态与整合模式设计研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】科学数据与科学文献的关联信息是链接科学数据与科学文献,为科学家提供完整科学研究素
材的关键,对其进行研究,有利于促进科学数据共享、提升科学家的科研效率,为我国开展关联信息管理与集成提
供参考。【方法/过程】本文通过文献调研、网络调研的方式对国内外主要知识库平台中存在的科学数据与科学文献
关联信息进行调查,从多维度分析存在状态,并以此为基础,构建科学数据与科学文献关联信息整合模式。【结果/
结论】探讨了科学数据与科学文献关联信息的存在方式、组织方式、发布方式、集成方式,总结关联信息描述的异构
性和保存的分布性的存在特点,提出包含四层的集中式关联信息整合模式。【创新/局限】在国内较早对科学数据与
科学文献的关联信息进行系统研究;研究局限在于调研对象可以继续扩大,本文提出的关联信息整合模式的验证
还有待研究。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】The interlinking information of scientific data and scientific literature is the key to link scientific
data and scientific literature and provide scientists with complete scientific research materials, and its research is helpful to promote
scientific data sharing, improve scientists' scientific research efficiency, and provide reference for carrying out interlinking information
management and integration in China.【Method/process】 This paper investigates the existence of linked information of scientific data
and scientific literature in major knowledge base platforms at home and abroad by means of literature research and web research, ana⁃
lyzes the existence status from multiple dimensions, and builds a model for the integration of linked information of scientific data and
scientific literature on this basis.
Result/conclusion】 The existence, organization, publication, and integration of scientific data and
scientific literature interlinking information are explored, the existence characteristics of heterogeneity of description and distribution
of preservation of correlation information are summarized, and a centralized correlation information integration model containing four
layers is proposed.【Innovation/limitation】 The systematic research on the interlinking information of scientific data and scientific lit⁃
erature was conducted earlier in China. The limitation of the research is that the research object can continue to be expanded, and the
second is that the verification of the correlation information integration model proposed in this paper still needs to be studied.
