5G网络环境下我国智慧知识服务体系建设策略探讨

【目的/意义】5G网络能为知识服务提供高速、低时延、稳定、灵活的技术环境保障,相应环境下我国智慧知
识服务体系建设研究对进一步提高知识服务效能、更好地促进智慧社会发展有重要的理论与实践价值。【方法/过
程】通过梳理知识服务发展演进及趋势、

G环境下知识服务研究现状及应关注的问题,阐述了我国5G环境下知识服
务创新的相应机遇,分析了知识服务所面临的理念、技术与管理方面的挑战,进而探讨了5G环境下我国智慧知识服
务体系建设策略。【结果/结论】5G网络环境下,我国智慧知识服务体系应以数据关联融合为切入点,以探索智能分
析、深度沉浸、精准服务为目标,重点加强以人为本的AI技术应用落地、智慧服务模式构建和智慧知识服务平台设
计创新研究。【创新/局限】提出了5G网络环境下利用多平台协作技术和用户流量优势提升传统知识服务机构的用
户认可度的观点,以及在智慧知识服务体系建设方面的以人为本和安全绿色策略,但缺乏具体实证层面的研究。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】5G technology can provide a better technical environment guarantee of high speed, low delay, sta⁃
bility and flexibility for knowledge service. Research on the construction of China's smart knowledge service system under 5G network
environment will have important theoretical and practical value to further improve the knowledge service efficiency and promote the
development of smart society.【Method/process】 By reviewing the development evolution and trend of knowledge service, its research
status under 5G environment and the issues that should be paid attention to, this study described the innovation opportunity of China`s
knowledge service, and analyzed the challenges faced in idea, technology and management. Then the authors investigated the construc⁃
tion strategies for the service system.【Result/conclusion】 Under 5G network environment, the entry point of China's smart knowledge
service system is to provide intelligent analysis, deep immersion, and precision service. The main task is the innovative research on the
application of related AI technologies, the construction of intelligent service models, and the design of smart knowledge service plat⁃
forms.【Innovation/limitation】 The paper put forward the idea of improving users' acceptance of traditional knowledge service institu⁃
tions by utilizing the technology and user traffic advantages of multi-platform collaboration, and proposed the safe, green and human
oriented construction strategies in the construction of the service system under 5G network environment, however, there is a lack of
concrete empirical research.
