基于数字生命的高校知识服务模式研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】构建基于大语言模型的跨模态知识服务新模式,有助于快速适应 ChatGPT 主导的知识交互
新范式,提高高校师生工作学习效率。【方法/过程】本文以服务用户个性化需求为中心,梳理了不同阶段高校知识
服务模式的特征和局限,在此基础上,搭建了一套具有学习能力的数字生命知识服务系统,并以此探索出一种问答
式知识服务新模式,并通过调研评估了该模式在个性化需求方面的服务效果。【结果/结论】以数字生命系统为核心
的问答式知识服务模式改善了高校师生的个性化知识获取效率,并为虚拟化、智能化知识服务体系提供了决策参
考。【创新/局限】数字生命定义了用户与平台的双向重塑机制,并通过多模态知识服务为数字生命的自监督学习提
供可能。然而,其中仍有许多技术挑战,如语言模型的认知能力、实验工具的通用接口、信息安全的法规约束等。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】To construct a new cross-modal knowledge service model based on big language model, which is
helpful to quickly adapt to the new paradigm of knowledge interaction led by ChatGPT and improve the work and learning efficiency of teachers and students in colleges and universities.【Method/process】This paper focuses on serving the personalized needs of users, sorts out the characteristics and limitations of the knowledge service model of colleges and universities at different stages, builds a set of digital life knowledge service system with learning ability, and explores a question-and-answer knowledge service model, and evalu⁃ates the service effect of the model in personalized needs through research.【Result/conclusion】The question-and-answer knowledge service model with digital life system as the core improves the personalized knowledge acquisition efficiency of teachers and students in colleges and universities, and provides a decision-making reference for the virtualization and intelligent knowledge service system.【Innovation/limitation】Digital life defines the two-way reshaping mechanism between users and platforms, and provides the possibil⁃ity for self-supervised learning of digital life through multimodal knowledge services. However, there are still many technical chal⁃lenges, such as the cognitive ability of language models, the common interface of experimental tools, and the regulatory constraints of information security.
