基于专利数据挖掘的我国智慧应急关联技术识别 与发展趋势研究

摘要:

【 目的/意义】立足智慧应急技术发展现状,揭示智慧应急领域核心技术,依托技术关联分析要素辨识智慧 应技术发展趋势。【方法/过程】以 Innojoy 检索平台作为智慧应急相关专利数据的样本来源,综合运用 LDA 模型、
Word2Vec模型与 TextRank 算法确定相关主题并探索主题词分布,利用 wordcloud 和 ROSTCM6实现专利摘要的 技术热点分析和技术关联分析。【结果/结论】智慧应急技术现处于成熟初期,专利主题可分为导航定位技术、应急 照明技术、自动报警技术等九类。未来通过促进多技术融合、多模块发展、多部门联动与多终端协作,智慧应急技 术将进一步提升对安全事故的防御能力。【创新/局限】大为Innojoy专利数据库仅包含国内专利数据,后续研究中样 本范围将扩充国内外论文、报告等相关数据。

Abstract: 【 Purpose/significance】 Reveal the core technologies in the field of smart emergency response based on the development sta⁃ tus of smart emergency technology, and rely on the technical correlation analysis to achieve high-quality development of smart emer⁃ gency response.【 Method/process】 Take the Innojoy search platform as the sample source of patent data related to smart emergency, comprehensively use LDA model, Word2Vec model and TextRank algorithm to determine relevant topics and explore the distribution of subject words, and use wordcloud and ROSTCM6 to achieve technical hotspot analysis and technical association analysis of patent abstracts. 【Result/conclusion】 Smart emergency response technology is now in the early stage of maturity; patent themes can be di⁃ vided into nine categories, including navigation positioning technology, emergency lighting technology and automatic alarm technology and so on. In the future, by promoting multi technology integration, multi module development, multi sector linkage and multi terminal cooperation, smart emergency technology will further enhance the ability to defend against safety accidents.【 Innovation/limitation】 It is a big deal that Innojoy's patent database only contains domestic patent data, and the scope of research samples in subsequent re⁃ search will expand the scope of domestic and foreign papers, reports and other relevant data.
