基于用户情感体验的网络舆情引导模型构建及运用策略研究

摘要: 【 目的/意义】针对网络舆情管理的复杂化和用户情感体验在网络舆情传播中的重要性,设计基于用户情感 体验的网络舆情引导模型,对于舆情危机的预警防控、舆情风险的降低有一定的理论和实践意义。【方法/过程】在 现实案例分析的基础上,提出了有效量化用户情感体验的方法,并基于大数据技术,以用户情感体验为切入点,构 建了由信息处理和情感体验识别、舆情管理和监测、舆情引导三部分组成的多维度的网络舆情引导模型。【结果/结 论】把用户情感体验作为网络舆情管理的核心,能科学合理地规避网络舆情的负面影响。【创新/局限】能够促进各 个舆情传播环节间的良性信息循环,形成开放和谐的网络舆论空间。

Abstract: 【 Purpose/significance】 Given the complexity of network public opinion management and the importance of the user's emo⁃ tional experience in the network public opinion dissemination, the design of the network public opinion guidance model based on the user's emotional experience has a certain theoretical and practical significance for the early warning and prevention of public opinion crisis and the reduction of public opinion risk.【 Method/process】Based on the analysis of real cases, we proposed a method that effec⁃ tively quantifies the user's emotional experience. Taking the user's emotional experience as a breakthrough point, we built a multidimensional network public opinion guidance model with big data technologies. This model consists of three parts: information process⁃ ing and emotional analysis, public opinion management and monitoring, and public opinion guidance.【 Result/conclusion】Taking us⁃ ers' emotional experience as the core of the network public opinion management can scientifically and reasonably avoid negative im⁃ pacts of the network public opinion.【 Innovation/limitation】 It can promote a virtuous information cycle between various stages of pub⁃ lic opinion dissemination, forming an open and harmonious online public opinion space.
