后疫情时代公众信息需求与公共图书馆信息服务策略研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】公众在社交媒体平台上对公共图书馆的态度与反应能够揭示公众对公共图书馆信息需求的
特征与规律,对此展开研究,以期构建后疫情时代公共图书馆信息服务策略。【方法/过程】以新浪微博为例,以公众
新浪微博数据为研究对象。首先对微博舆情进行阶段性划分。其次利用 LDA2vec主题模型从微博文本数据中挖
掘公众信息需求主题。接着从需求主题和时间维度揭示不同阶段下公众信息需求特征与需求强度,探讨其时间演
变规律。最终根据公众信息需求,提出后疫情时代公共图书馆信息服务策略。【结果/结论】后疫情时代下公众信息
需求主要围绕环境、思想、情感与行为四个方面,并从这四个方面对公共图书馆未来的信息服务工作提出建议。【创
新/局限】通过分析公众对公共图书馆的信息需求与时间演化规律,构建公共图书馆信息服务策略,未来研究需扩
大研究样本,使研究结论更具普适性。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】Public attitudes and reactions to public libraries on social media platforms can reveal the character⁃
istics and patterns of information demand of the public. This study aims to build an optimal strategy for public library information ser⁃vices in the post-epidemic period.【Method/process】Sina Weibo is used as an example, and public Sina Weibo data is used as the re⁃search object. Firstly, the microblogging public opinion is divided into stages. Secondly, the information demand themes of public are mined from Sina text data through the LDA2vec theme model. Then, the characteristics and intensity of public information demand at different stages are revealed from the demand theme and time dimensions, and their temporal evolution patterns are explored. Finally,based on the public information demand, a strategy for information services in public libraries in the post-epidemic era is proposed.【Result/conclusion】The information demand of public in the post-epidemic period revolve around four main areas: environment,thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and suggestions are made for the future information services of public libraries from these four ar⁃eas.【Innovation/limitation】By analyzing the public's demand for public library information and the law of time evolution, the public li⁃brary information service strategy is constructed. Future research demand to expand the research sample to make the research conclu⁃sion more general.
