【Purpose/significance】 The meta field has incomparable advantages in the real world. Exploring the construction and opera⁃

tion of users-knowledge-scenes in the meta-library can provide theoretical support for the future innovation-driven development of

the library service mechanism.【Method/process】 Based on the analysis of the mission and value of the meta-library, the logical analy⁃sis is conducted on the reconstruction logic and operation relationship of technology, users, knowledge and scenes.【Result/conclu⁃sion】 In the field of the meta universe, users, knowledge and scenes have become the parallel elements of the service mechanism of the meta library, and have been redefined and shaped in the field of the meta universe. They form symbiotic relationships of driving inter⁃action production experience, participation experience construction, call development, and have the law of self sustainable optimiza⁃tion and evolution, to promote the innovation of library innovation service mechanisms of user participation in construction, knowledge organization and production, scene service, and propose future development countermeasures from change of ideas, reform of func⁃tional organizations, reorganization of operation process, service practice and outward expansion.【Innovation/limitation】 Clearly put forward the symbiotic relationship among users, knowledge and scenes in the Meta-library, and thus innovated the user participation construction mechanism, knowledge organization and production mechanism, and scene service mechanism. However, the practice pro⁃cess of the innovation mechanism still needs further exploration and verification.
