智能时代基础教育数据治理路径与对策

摘要:

【目的/意义】明确基础教育数据治理的目标、方法、路径和对策,提升基础教育数据治理水平。【方法/过程】
分析智能时代背景下基础教育数据的来源、形式与特点,分析宏观、中观和微观三个层级的基础教育数据治理目标
与方法,研究不同层级基础教育数据的治理路径与对策。【结果/结论】宏观的基础教育数据治理应当以标准规范的
制定为主要方法;中观的基础教育数据治理应当对数据的获取、处理、使用全过程进行有效的监督;微观的基础教
育数据治理使用数据元数据治理、数据模型治理、数据清洗、安全性治理等技术手段针对具体问题开展数据治理;
协同提效,共同促进教育数据治理水平的不断提升。【创新/局限】将基础教育数据的治理分为宏观、中观、微观三个
层次,分别分析论证了各层级基础教育数据治理的目标、方法、路径与对策,提出了具备实践性的基础数据治理具
体方案。实践分析集中在微观层面,中观和宏观层面分析尚存在不足。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 To clarify the objectives, methods, paths and countermeasures of basic education data governance,
and improve the level of basic data governance in education.【Method/process】 This paper analyzes the source, form and characteris⁃tics of basic education data under the background of intelligent age, as well as the goals and methods of basic education data gover⁃nance on the macroscopical, middle and microscopical levels, studies the governance paths and countermeasures of basic education data at different levels.【Result/conclusion】 Macroscopical basic education data governance should take the formulation of standards and norms as the main method; the governance of basic education data on the middle tier should effectively supervise the whole pro⁃cess of data acquisition, processing and use; microscopical basic education data governance uses data technical means, such as meta⁃data, data model, data cleaning, security governance to carry out specific problems pertinently; synergically improve efficiency and jointly promote the continuous improvement of data governance in education.【Innovation/limitation】 The governance of basic educa⁃tion data is divided into macroscopical,middle and microscopical levels, the objectives, methods, paths and countermeasure of basic educational data governance at each level are analyzed and demonstrated respectively, and a practical concrete scheme of basic data governance is put forward. Practical analysis focuses on the macroscopical level, and there are insufficiencies in the middle level and microscopical level analysis.
