移动支付信息生态系统生态性评价及实证研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】对移动支付信息生态系统进行评价,可以为政府各部门提升我国互联网金融移动支付信息生
态系统建设提供决策参考。【方法/过程】本文基于互联网金融移动支付业务流程构建了移动支付信息生态系统模
型,分析了系统的构成要素和价值实现过程,从信息、信息人、信息环境和信息技术四个维度,设计了包含信息安
全、服务体验、用户信用、支付风险、系统性能和运行效能六个层面的移动支付信息生态系统评价指标体系,运用层
次分析法与模糊综合评判法,对互联网金融移动支付信息生态系统的生态性进行了实证分析和综合评价。【结果/
结论】研究发现当前我国移动支付信息生态系统发展整体相对良好,但信息安全和支付风险问题仍存在,移动支付
用户的信用水平亟待提升。【创新/局限】本文首次构建出移动支付信息生态系统模型,并从信息生态视角对该系统
的整体生态性水平进行了全面多维度的分析与评价,后续可对理论模型和指标体系进一步丰富和完善。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】The evaluation of the mobile payment information ecosystem can provide decision-making reference
for government departments to improve the construction of China's Internet financial mobile payment information ecosystem【. Method/process】Based on the mobile payment business process of Internet finance, this paper constructs an information ecosystem model of mobile payment, and analyzes the components and value realization process of the system. From the four dimensions of information, in? formation person, information environment and information technology, the evaluation index system of mobile payment information eco? system is designed, which includes information security, service experience, user credit, payment risk, system performance and opera? tion efficiency. AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to make an empirical analysis and comprehensive evalua? tion on the ecology of the information ecosystem of Internet financial mobile payment【. Result/conclusion】The research finds that the development of China's mobile payment information ecosystem is relatively good, but the problems of information security and pay? ment risk still exist, and the credit level of mobile payment users urgently needs to be improved【. Innovation/limitation】This paper con? structs the mobile payment information ecosystem model for the first time, and conducts a comprehensive and multidimensional analy? sis and evaluation of the overall ecological level of the system from the perspective of information ecology. In the future, the theoretical model and index system can be further enriched and improved
