用户体验视角下心理健康科普短视频的信息效用及其影响因素研究 ——基于B站大学生用户的扎根探索

摘要: 【目的/意义】从用户体验视角出发,揭示大学生心理健康科普短视频信息的获取效用及其影响因素,有利
于了解其心理健康状况并为相关知识扩展与素质提升提供支持,帮助短视频平台提供更好的心理健康信息服务。
【方法/过程】选取18名近期观看过B站心理健康科普短视频的大学生为研究对象,采用半结构访谈法进行深度访
谈,结合关键事件法获取访谈数据,应用扎根理论三级编码策略揭示大学生从B站心理健康科普短视频中所获得信
息效用及其影响因素,并构建相应的理论模型框架。【结果/结论】大学生从B站心理健康科普短视频获取的信息效
用包括文化效益、问题解决和认知价值3个层次。从用户体验视角看,其影响因素包括感知体验、功能体验、情感体
验和用户背景,分别起主导、关键、调节和驱动作用,其中情感体验受到信息效用的反馈影响。【创新/局限】需扩展
研究群体提升研究结论的外在效度,同时采用其他方法验证理论模型的有效性并计算模型中各个路径的影响
强度。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】From the perspective of user experience, it reveals the utility of accessing mental health science
popularization short video information of college students and its influencing factors, which is conducive to understanding their mental
health status and providing support for related knowledge expansion and quality improvement, and helps short video platforms provide better mental health information services.【Method/process】Eighteen college students who had recently watched short mental health science popularization short videos on Bilibili were selected as research subjects, and the semi-structured interview method was used to conduct in-depth interviews, combined with the key event method to obtain interview data, applied the three-stage coding strategy of grounded theory to reveal the information utility and its influencing factors obtained by college students from mental health science popularization short videos on Bilibili, and constructed a corresponding theoretical model framework.【Result/conclusion】The infor? mation utility obtained from science popularization short videos on mental health is multi-layered, including cultural benefits, problem solving and cognitive value. From the perspective of user experience, the main influencing factors of information utility include percep? tual experience, functional experience, emotional experience and user background, which play a leading, key, regulating and driving role respectively, among which emotional experience is influenced by the feedback of information utility.【Innovation/limitation】It is necessary to expand the research sample group to improve the external validity of the research conclusions. Furthermore, some empiri? cal methods are needed to verify the theoretical model and compute the impact strength of each path in the model.
