隐私泄露事件中社交媒体围观者情感分析

摘要: 【目的/意义】研究分析社交媒体平台中围观者对不同类型隐私泄漏事件的情感,以确定围观者对不同类型
隐私泄露的态度,促进社交媒体平台在用户隐私安全的情况下为用户提供更好的服务。【方法/过程】基于隐私泄露
事件的四种类型,构建百度情感倾向分析与LDA主题识别相结合的情感分析框架,分别在四种社交媒体平台上对
四类隐私泄露事件典型案例中围观者的评论进行抓取和处理,采用LDA主题提取模型进行主题提取,通过百度情
感倾向分析进行情感分类,最终进行情感对比分析。【结果/结论】总体而言,大约75%的围观者对隐私泄露事件持负
面情绪,其中围观者对社会隐私泄漏的负面情绪占比最高达82%。具体到各平台的围观者,微信公众号和微博的围
观者负面情绪较多,知乎中的围观者中性、负面情绪较多,抖音平台的围观者正面情绪占比较高。根据研究结果,
提出了相应的建议。【创新/局限】本文创新性地探讨了四种社交媒体上的围观者对四类隐私泄露事件的情感差异,
情感的情景与强度维度研究不够深入。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】To study the sentiments of onlookers towards different types of privacy leakage events in social me?
dia platforms, so as to determine the attitude of onlookers on different types of privacy disclosure, so as to promote social media plat?
forms to provide users with better services under the condition of user privacy security.【Method/process】Based on the four types of
privacy leakage incidents, a sentiment analysis framework combining Baidu sentiment tendency analysis and LDA topic recognition
was constructed. On four kinds of social media platforms , the comments of onlookers in typical cases of four types of privacy leaks
were captured and processed. The topic extraction is conducted by LDA topic recognition model, and sentiment classification is done
through the analysis of Baidu sentiment tendency analysis. And the emotional contrast analysis of the four types of privacy leak is con? ducted.【Result/conclusions】Generally speaking, about 75% of onlookers have negative sentiments to privacy leaks, of which the negative sentiments of onlookers about social privacy disclosure account for up to 82%. Specific to the onlookers on each platform, the onlookers on WeChat Official Accounts and Weibo have more negative sentiments, the onlookers on Zhihu have more neutral and nega? tive sentiments, and the onlookers on the TikTok platform account for a higher percentage of positive sentiments. According to the re? search results, some suggestions are put forward【. Result/conclusion】This paper creatively discusses the emotional differences of on? lookers on four kinds of social media on four kinds of privacy disclosure events, and the research on the emotional situation and inten? sity dimension is not deep enough.
