Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Personnel training is the core task of interdisciplinary construction. Aiming at the problem of lack‐ing systematic research on personnel training of national security studies, in order to provide ideas for discipline construction and per‐sonnel training, this paper takes the discipline construction of national security as the entry point and focuses on the theory and prac‐tice of personnel training of national security.【Method/process】Adhere to the combination of theoretical system exploration and prac‐tical exploration, put forward the theoretical analysis framework of national security from three dimensions, and point out its distinctive disciplinary characteristics. This paper has made a useful exploration on the practice of the direction refinement, platform construc‐tion, talent training, team construction and other aspects of the national security discipline of Jilin University.【Result/conclusion】
This paper discusses the construction path of the national safety talent training system, and puts forward that under the logical premise of adhering to the discipline education orientation, accelerate the“re-disciplinization”of the national security discipline, establish the idea of cross-integration education and deepen the structural reform of curriculum. It is necessary to optimize the form of interdisci‐plinary organization and create an atmosphere for interdisciplinary talent training.【Innovation/limitation】Based on the discussion of discipline formation mechanism, this paper puts forward all-round measures for the training of national security talents.
