Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Health information service needs to upgrade and reconstruct business processes and service func‐tions in combination with the development requirements of the digital intelligence era.【Method/process】Based on top-level design thinking and information ecology theory, firstly, the constituent elements and service characteristics of intelligent health information service in digital intelligence environment are summarized; Secondly, on the basis of clarifying the service function orientation, the in‐telligent health information service system is constructed; Finally, it puts forward suggestions on how to promote the construction of in‐telligent health information service system in the digital intelligence environment.【Result/conclusion】The intelligent health informa‐tion service system and service development strategy proposed in this paper aims to deepen the innovative research of health informa‐tion service in the digital intelligence era and explore the development path of health information service in line with the characteris‐
tics of the new era.【Innovation/limitation】This paper discusses the construction of intelligent health information service system in in‐telligent environment. However, since the intelligent health information service is still in its infancy, more application cases need to be combined to improve and modify the service system in the later stage.
