跨平台网络舆情知识图谱构建及对比分析

摘要: 【目的/意义】网络舆情是群体智慧的涌现形式之一,探究不同平台的网络舆情信息所蕴含的群体智慧,对
网络舆情的管理与引导具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。【方法/过程】研究以新浪微博和抖音短视频为数据源,基
于ELECTRA和REDP方法分别对舆情文本信息进行实体抽取与关系抽取,分别构建微博平台与短视频平台的网
络舆情知识图谱,并对各网络舆情知识图谱进行对比分析。【结果/结论】研究结果表明,微博与短视频平台的舆情
信息通常会涉及相同的主流内容,同时各平台也存在不同的衍生内容。在信息内容方面,新浪微博平台的舆情信
息的内涵更加丰富、外延更加广泛。在知识的贡献与获取方面,新浪微博平台的用户更加偏向于参与舆情话题的
讨论,主动贡献知识。在知识图谱构建方面,短视频平台舆情内容中的知识实体同时出现的联合概率较高,更容易
形成知识三元组,舆情知识也更加聚焦。【创新/局限】本研究分别构建了新浪微博与抖音短视频平台的舆情知识图
谱,并对各平台知识图谱进行对比分析。在未来的研究中,研究将对各平台知识图谱差异性的产生过程与原因进
行更加深入地思考。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Online public opinion is one of the emerging forms of collective intelligence.It is of great signifi‐
cance to explore the public cognitive law based on the online public opinion from different platforms, which can provide theoretical
support for the guidance of public opinion【. Method/process】This study takes Sina Weibo and Tik Tok as data sources.We extract enti‐ties and relationships based on the ELECTRA and REDP respectively, and construct the knowledge graphs of online public opinion for different platforms.We compare and analyze the differences of the knowledge graphs of different platforms【. Result/conclusion】The re‐sults show that the public opinion of microblog and short video contains the same mainstream content, but also has different derivative content.In terms of information content, the public opinion of Sina Weibo platform has richer connotation and wider extension than the Tik Tok platform.In the contribution and acquisition of knowledge, users of Sina Weibo platform are more inclined to participate in the discussion of public opinion and actively contribute knowledge than the other.In terms of knowledge graph construction, the joint prob‐ability of knowledge entities in public opinion of short video platform is higher, which is easier to form knowledge triples, and public opinion knowledge is more focused【. Innovation/limitation】This study constructs and compares the public opinion knowledge graphs of different platforms.In the future research, we will consider the process and causes of the differences of the knowledge graphs of dif‐ferent platforms。
