Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture.An in-depth
analysis of the research status of the intangible cultural heritage is conducted to explore and share the knowledge of the intangible cul-tural heritage,so as to provide reference for the systematic protection,inheritance and revitalization of the intangible cultural heritage.【Method/process】This paper takes the literatures in the field of intangible cultural heritage from 2003 to 2019 in CNKI journal litera-ture database as the research object,analyzes the research status,research strength,research hot spots and research themes,and reveals the research trend in the field of intangible cultural heritage in recent years.【Result/conclusion】In recent years,the number of re-search results in the field of intangible cultural heritage has increased significantly,and the research topics focus on the concept and cultural attributes of intangible cultural heritage,intangible cultural heritage protection and development,intangible cultural heritage projects and inheritors【. Innovation/limitation】The current situation of intangible cultural heritage research shows that the frequency of cooperation among research institutions is low.The research on the correlation among the intangible cultural heritages needs to be further strengthened.
