汉语主题词表生物、医学、农业领域顶层本体语义类型框架研究

Study on the Semantic Type Framework for Top-level Ontology of Chinese Thesaurus (Biology, Medicine and Agriculture Fields)

摘要: 【目的/意义】为配合汉语主题词表(生物医学农业卷)编研项目的开展,适应生物、医学、农业领域主题词表的发展趋势,满足学科应用的实际需要,【方法/过程】本研究参考UMLS、MeSH、SNOMED CT、AGROVOC、CABi、中国中医药学主题词表等国内外权威术语系统构建了生物、医学、农业领域《汉表》的顶层本体语义类型框架。【结果/结论】该框架共包括62种语义类型及其属性,并通过实证检验验证了该语义类型框架的可用性。【创新/局限】构建的顶层本体语义类型框架能够为生物、医学、农业领域主题概念提供语义背景,在汉语主题词表(生物医学农业卷)实际编制过程中可根据需要进一步调整。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】In order to cooperate with the implementation of Chinese Thesaurus (Biology, Medicine and Agriculture) Compilation and Research project, adapt to the development trend of thesaurus in the fields of biology, medicine and agriculture, and meet the practical needs of discipline application, Method/process】this study constructs the semantic type framework of the top-level ontology of Chinese Thesaurus in the fields of biology, medicine and agriculture, referring to UMLS, MeSH, SNOMED CT, AGROVOC, CABi, Chinese Traditional Medicine and Materia Medica Subject Headings and other authoritative terminology systems. 【Result/conclusion】This semantic type framework includes 62 semantic types as well as their properties, and the usability is verified through practical tests. 【Innovation/limitation】The semantic type framework of top-level ontology can provide semantic background for concepts of in the fields of biology, medicine and agriculture, and can be further modified as needed in the actual compilation of Chinese Thesaurus (Biology, Medicine and Agriculture).
