Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Planning enterprises have accumulated a large number of drawings and documents in the process of carrying out business, which is difficult to use effectively. The research on data asset management of planning enterprises from the per⁃ spective of semantic interconnection has become a brand-new and urgent problem to be solved.【Method/process】The data character⁃ istics of planning enterprises under semantic interconnection are analyzed. Taking distribution network planning and design enterpris⁃ es as an example, the integrated model of work data management of distribution network design enterprises is constructed, and the op⁃ eration mechanism of planning and design data management under semantic interconnection is put forward. The correctness of the the⁃ ory is verified by the data management practice of YH distribution network design enterprises.【Result/conclusion】The data asset management model and specific methods proposed in this paper have strong universality, and also have strong reference significance for other types of planning enterprises.【Innovation/limitation】The data asset management model of planning enterprises is construct⁃ ed from the perspective of semantic interconnection, which improves the data asset management of planning enterprises, but there is still much room for improvement in the data asset management of other types of enterprises.
