基于扎根理论的高校新媒体平台信息用户
持续关注行为影响因素分析

摘要:

【目的/意义】利用扎根研究方法探究高校新媒体环境下,信息平台用户持续关注行为特征和影响因素,为
提高用户信息素养和辨别意识,产生利于自身的关注行为提供科学参考。【方法/过程】以不同年级的高校用户为
研究对象,通过深度访谈获取数据,按照扎根理论的规范流程进行编码分析。【结果/结论】构建了信息用户持续
关注行为影响因素模型,并对高校平台提出如何改善用户持续关注行为的策略。【创新/局限】本文针对高校新媒体
平台的用户持续关注行为展开研究,探索影响高校大学生及其他用户群体持续关注的影响因素,对于高校新媒体
平台、大学生用户、持续关注行为等相关领域具有创新性。目前研究仅针对于高校新媒体平台,未来研究将着眼于
更广泛的新媒体类型及更多的用户群体。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】Using grounded research method to explore the characteristics and influencing factors of users' sus⁃
tained attention behavior in the new media environment of colleges and universities, so as to provide scientific reference for improving
users' information literacy and awareness of discrimination, and generating their own attention behavior.【Method/process】Taking dif⁃
ferent grades of university users as the research object, the data was obtained through in-depth interviews, and the coding analysis was
carried out according to the standard process of grounded theory.【Result/conclusion】This paper constructs the influencing factors
model of information users' continuous attention behavior, and puts forward the strategies to improve users' continuous attention behav⁃
ior for relevant platforms.【Innovation/limitation】This paper focuses on the continuous attention behavior of university new media plat⁃
form users, explores the influencing factors of college students and other user groups' continuous attention, which is innovative in relat⁃
ed fields such as university new media platform, college students' users, and continuous attention behavior. At present, the research
only focuses on the new media platform of colleges and universities, and the future research will focus on a wider range of new media
types and more user groups.
