摘要:

《关于推进实施国家文化数字化战略的意见》的出台，为数字时代档案馆公共文化服务模式转型升级提供了新的可能。在国家文化数字化战略背景下，档案馆公共文化服务呈现出向需求导向型的沉浸式数字化服务转型趋向。但档案馆在数字文化服务方面尚存在对数字档案文化资源挖掘能力不足、缺乏创意型数字文化服务、跨界协作程度有限等问题。面向未来，档案馆需坚持市场导向实现可持续发展，把握用户需求提供高质量服务，依托前沿信息技术提升服务深度，倡导协同创新促进融合升级，进而全方位推进档案馆公共文化服务数字化转型升级。

Abstract：

The issuance of the "Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of the National Cultural Digitalization Strategy" provides new possibilities for the transformation and upgrading of public cultural service models in archives in the digital era. Under the background of the national cultural digitization strategy, the public cultural services of archives have shown a trend of transformation towards demand oriented immersive digital services. However, there are still some problems in the digital cultural services of archives, such as insufficient ability to mine digital archives cultural resource management, lack of creative digital cultural services, and limited cross-border collaboration. Facing the future, the archives need to adhere to the market orientation to achieve sustainable development, grasp the needs of users to provide high-quality services, rely on cutting-edge information technology to improve service depth, advocate collaborative innovation to promote integration and upgrading, and then comprehensively promote the digital transformation and upgrading of public cultural services of archives.
