“档案数据”一词的使用语境与学科内涵探析

摘要: 

数据时代到来后,“档案数据”一词的使用频率逐年攀升,但因内涵不明,存在误用和乱用现象。通过对国内外“档案数据”一词使用语境与学科内涵的深入分析,本文认为正确理解和规范使用该词,首先,应准确把握“档案数据”的术语结构以及“档案”一词的限定意涵;其次,应明确档案学与其他学科使用“档案数据”的语境区别与内涵差异;此外,要清晰界定档案学科内“档案数据”的内涵并规范对其的使用。
Abstract：

Since the advent of the data era, the frequency of using the term "archival data" has been increasing year by year. However, there are some misuses and indiscriminate use due to its unclear connotation. Based on the in-depth analysis of the usage context and disciplinary connotation of the term "archival data", this paper holds that the correct understanding and standard use of this term should be carried out from the following three aspects. First of all, the terminological structure of "archival data" and the limited meaning of the terminology of "archives" should be accurately grasped. Secondly, the differences of context and connotation "archival data" should be clarified between archival science and other disciplines in using. In addition, its connotation of "archival data" within the archival science should be clearly defined and its use should be standardized.
