Discussion on the Records Classification under the Background of Digital Transition: Based on the Perspective of Archival Work in Colleges and Universities
Abstract: Based on the reality of archival work in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the current situation of archives classification in colleges and universities, proposes that the functional classification method should be introduced into the management of documents in colleges and universities, constructs a function-based framework of record classification scheme in colleges and universities, and links the classification scheme with the storage period, disposal scheme and authority setting, so as to promote the fine management of record. At the same time, the classification scheme and the subject thesaurus of colleges and universities should be combined to promote the sharing of school information resources.
