Intangible Cultural Heritage is an important part of cultural heritage in chinese .It is an important problem to protect the intangible cultural heritage.The concept of intangible cultural heritage and the relationship between the intangible cultural heritage and the archives of intangible cultural heritage and the construction of the archives of intangible cultural heritage in conservating the archives of intangible cultural heritage were elucidated in this thesis.At the same time,several suggestions were put forward constructing the archives of intangible cultural heritage in this thesis.
