摘要:

本文基于对国家档案局公布的相关数据的统计分析,指出了我国档案行政管理部门和综合档案馆档案专业人才队伍在人员总数、性别结构、年龄结构、文化程度和专业程度等方面的优势和不足,以期为今后我国档案专业人才队伍建设提供参考。

Abstract：

Based on the statistical analysis of the data published by The State Archives Administration of PRC, this article shows the advantages and the disadvantages of the archival professionals team construction of our national archive administration and the general archives, including the total number of staff, gender structure,age structure, education degree, and professionalism , which can be a reference for the next research.
