摘要：

本文对当前国际上电子档案著录的发展现状进行了深入分析,针对其局限性,结合新近面世的编码档案背景信息著录（Encoded Archival Context,EAC）标准提出了若干电子档案著录新理念,同时指明了我国电子档案著录的发展方向。

Abstract: The article analyses the international current situation of the development of the electronic archives description deeply, proposes a few new concept of the electronic archives description against the current limitations combined with the understanding of EAC, and simultaneously points out the direction of advance in our country, to promote the consummation of our and the world’s archives description in both theory and practice.
