Refining and logically constructing the basic and applied theories of archives to form a system integrity and relatively stable research category,is one of the most important factors to made archives to complete the scientific process and to possese a high academic position. In the light of indefinite situation and disorder of the basic and applicate theory of archives in our country,the paper analyzes the status quo and brings up personal viewpoints.
