摘要: 任职能力是判定一个人是否适合某职业或工作岗位的最主要因素。本文回顾了我国自商朝以来对档案专业人员任职能力的不同要求,在调查研究国际国内现有档案任职能力体系的基础上,从“职能活动”“任职能力”和“程度”三个维度出发,构建了以综合档案馆为适用范围的档案专业人员任职能力体系,并提出了任职能力获得与提高的方法。
Abstract:Competency is the most important factor in determining whether a person is suitable for a certain occupation or job position. This paper reviews the different requirements for the competency of archival professionals in China since the Shang Dynasty, describes an archival competency model based on the investigation and study of the existing international and domestic archival competency, and proposes an assessment tool and several methods for acquiring and improving the competency. The model comprises three dimensions: "functions", "competency" and "degree", and applies to general archives.
