Abstract: In order to effectively prevent and control all kinds of illegality of the administrative archives, Song Dynasty brought all illegalities into the system of punishment and the system of administrative penalty. From the historical material of Song Dynasty, the system of administrative penalty mainly included the expulsion, suspension,the decline of the ranking, the increase checking,the amerce. All the administrative penalties revolved around the officials'officer, position, chaiqian, and appeared the characteristic of giving priority to penalty on official title,and subsidiarity penalty on economic.
