摘要:

全国民国档案文件级目录著录与采集工作是《“十三五”时期国家重点档案保护与开发工作总体规划》的重要任务。档案文件级目录著录标准化建设是建立国家重点档案资源目录体系、促进国家重点档案资源有效融合的基础和关键。本文以全国民国档案文件级目录著录为例,通过对文件级题名著录重要性、规范化要求的阐述及难点分析,提出提高民国档案文件级目录著录质量的措施和策略。

Abstract：

The description and collection of documental-class catalogue of archives from the Republic of China is an important task of General Plan of the National Key Archives Preservation and Development During the 13th Five Year Plan Period. The standardization of archive documental-class catalogue is the key to establishing national key archives resource catalogue system and promoting the integration of national key archives resources. The paper, taking the description of archives from the Republic of China as example, analyzes the importance, normalization requirements and difficulties in documental-class catalogue description, and puts forward the strategies to improve the quality of description for the archives from the Republic of China.
