摘要: 

“数转模”项目的实施过程,实际上就是传统纸质档案的异质备份过程,或者说是不同档案存储介质的转化过程。要有效实现明清档案数转模的工作目标,其中技术层面因素值得高度关注。中国第一历史档案馆现有纸质档案、缩微胶片档案、数字档案三种存储介质共存,且使三者之间在互为依托、相得益彰中不断提升档案保护与利用水平。

Abstract

The process of “Computer Output Microfilm” is actually copying distinct process of traditional paper documents, in other words, the conversion process of different documents storage media. To effectively achieve the goal of converting the Ming -Qing documents, technical aspects should be highly valued. China’s First Historical Archives has coexisted three types for Ming -Qing archives: paper documents, microfilm documents, and digital documents. It also enables the three parties to rely on each other and complement each other to continuously improve the level of the protection and utilization for Ming-Qing archives.
