Abstract：It's important matter of national ecological supervision station net to set up archives system of grass roots for soil and water conservation. Taking small watershed as an unit in Nan'an of Fujian, the archives system establishment of grass roots for soil and water conservation had been researched. All available data was assembled by standard information technique to set up an archives data and computer database and inquiry system. Data can be circulated and collected by means of current network. The information system can interact with all data for all grass roots field work and all levels of offices at real time. Start with the task in grass roots, from smallness to bigness, and the national archives system for soil and water conservation information will be formed.
