健康类微信公众平台用户流失的关键影响因素 ——基于扎根理论与Fuzzy-DEMATEL的混合研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】识别健康类微信公众平台用户流失的关键影响因素,旨在为平台规避用户流失、增强用户粘 性、优化服务策略等提供决策参考。【方法/过程】采用程序化扎根理论方法,对半结构化访谈数据进行三级编码,提 取出81个初始概念、21个基本范畴和7个主范畴,据此构建健康类微信公众平台用户流失影响因素指标体系,并运 用Fuzzy-DEMATEL方法识别关键影响因素。【结果/结论】健康类微信公众平台用户流失受到消极使用体验、消极 内容体验、消极互动体验、认知冲突、消极情绪、低电子健康素养和替代平台吸引力7个主范畴的交互影响,其中系 统效能低、信息过载、情感交流缺失、倦怠情绪和替代平台优势5个因素的影响尤为关键。根据研究结论,为健康类 微信公众平台规避用户流失提出针对性建议。【创新/局限】采用定性和定量相结合的混合研究方法,构建了健康类 微信公众平台用户流失影响因素指标体系,并识别出关键影响因素,丰富了用户行为领域的理论框架和研究场景, 未来需对影响因素间的作用机理进行量化实证分析。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Identifying the key influencing factors of user churn on Health WeChat Official Accounts to provide decision-making reference for the platform to avoid user churn, enhance user stickiness, and optimize service strategy.【Method/pro⁃ cess】The Procedural Grounded Theory is employed to conduct a three-level coding of semi-structured interview data, 81 initial con⁃ cepts, 21 subcategories and 7 main categories are extracted. Based on this, the influencing factors index system for user churn on Health WeChat Official Accounts is constructed. And the Fuzzy-DEMATEL method is used to identify the key influencing factors. 【Result/conclusion】User churn on Health WeChat Official Accounts is influenced by the interaction of 7 main categories: negative us⁃ age experiences, negative content experiences, negative interactive experiences, cognitive conflicts, negative emotions, low eHealth lit⁃ eracy and alternative platform attractiveness. The influence of 5 factors, namely system inefficiency, information overload, lack of emo⁃ tional communication, emotional fatigue, and the advantages of alternative platforms, is particularly critical. Based on the research findings, specific recommendations are provided for Health WeChat Official Accounts to avoid user churn.【Innovation/limitation】A mixed research methodology, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches, is employed to establish an index system for factors influencing user churn on Health WeChat Official Accounts. This study identifies key influencing factors that enrich the theoretical framework and scenario within the field of user behavior. Moving forward, it is necessary to conduct quantitative empirical analyses of the interacting mechanisms among influencing factors.
