基于混合方法的Z世代群体社交平台AIGC信息采纳行为的 影响因素及应对策略研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】AIGC正以新奇、高效等特点快速成为社交平台主要的信息来源,而信息泄露、产权纠纷等潜 在风险问题也随之并行。探析社交平台用户群体对AIGC信息采纳行为机理,有助于平台内容管理和网络生态治 理。【方法/过程】本文采用混合研究方法,在定性研究阶段进行半结构化访谈和数据编码,初步探索Z世代群体对社 交平台AIGC信息采纳行为的影响因素和作用机理;在定量研究阶段,结合技术接受与使用统一模型,构建理论模 型,通过调查问卷收集数据开展实证分析。【结果/结论】研究发现:感知新奇和感知有用性是当前影响系数最高的 两个因素,它们同信息质量、社会影响、感知易用性和卷入度对Z世代群体的AIGC信息采纳意愿产生正向影响,而 风险认知具有负向影响作用;值得一提的是,个体的信息素养以负向方式调节了信息质量和社会影响的作用,与原 本预期截然相反。【创新/局限】本研究丰富了AIGC和信息采纳研究的理论成果,为更深入探讨Z世代对社交平台 AIGC的信息采纳行为的作用机理提供新的思考方向。但提取影响因素时具有一定主观性,取样群体不够丰富。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Artificial intelligence-generated content (AIGC) is rapidly becoming the main source of information on social platforms due to its novelty and efficiency, and potential risks such as information leakage and plagiarism are also parallel. This paper explores the behavioral mechanism of AIGC information adoption by social platform user groups, which is helpful for plat⁃ form content management and network ecological governance.【Method/process】A mixed research approach was used in this paper. In the qualitative research stage, semi-structured interviews and data coding were used to explore the influencing factors of Generation Z's information adoption behavior on social platform AIGC. In the quantitative research stage, based on the Unified Theory of Accep⁃ tance and Use of Technology, a theoretical model is constructed, data are collected through questionnaires, and the structural equation model is used for empirical analysis【. Result/conclusion】The results show that perceived novelty and perceived usefulness are the two factors with the highest influencing coefficients, which have a positive impact on the willingness of Generation Z to adopt AIGC infor⁃ mation, along with information quality, social influence, perceived ease of use and involvement. Risk perception has a negative impact on the willingness to adopt information. It is worth mentioning that information literacy negatively moderates the role of information quality and social impact, which is diametrically opposed to what was originally expected.【Innovation/limitation】This study enriches the theories of AIGC and information adoption, and provides a new direction for further exploration of the mechanism of Gen Z's infor⁃ mation adoption behavior of AIGC on social platform. However, there is a certain degree of subjectivity in the extraction of influencing factors, and the sampling population is not rich enough.
