基于模糊认知图的在线健康社区用户生成内容知识聚合研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】探讨基于模糊认知图的在线健康社区用户生成内容知识聚合方式,探索模糊认知图应用的新 领域,提升在线健康社区用户生成内容知识资源的利用效率,为在线健康社区知识聚合提供参考。【方法/过程】通 过采集“好大夫在线”在线健康社区的用户生成内容,结合模糊认知图的优势,运用person相似度计算、Apriori算法 和模糊认知图推理方法,挖掘高血压相关关联规则并实现模糊认知图的构建与推理,旨在聚合在线健康社区用户 生成内容知识,丰富知识聚合方法并进行实证分析。【结果/结论】本研究提出的基于模糊认知图的知识聚合流程, 能高效完成在线健康社区用户生成内容的知识聚合,模糊认知图所呈现的知识聚合结果,可以为用户获取和理解 与高血压相关的健康知识提供支持。【创新/局限】本研究丰富了在线健康社区用户生成内容知识资源的聚合路径 与方法,并拓展了模糊认知图的应用范围。但仅实现在线健康社区用户生成内容中高血压相关知识的聚合,样本 涵盖的广度与深度有待进一步完善。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】This paper discusses the knowledge aggregation method of user-generated content in online health community based on fuzzy cognitive map, explores the new field of fuzzy cognitive map application, improves the utilization efficiency of user-generated content knowledge resources in online health community, and provides reference for knowledge aggregation in on⁃ line health community.【Method/process】By collecting the user-generated content of "Good Doctor Online" online health community, combining the advantages of fuzzy cognitive map, using person similarity calculation, Apriori algorithm and fuzzy cognitive map reason⁃ ing method, the construction and reasoning of fuzzy cognitive map are realized and the association rules related to hypertension are mined. The aim is to aggregate the user-generated content knowledge of online health community, enrich the knowledge aggregation method and carry out empirical analysis.【Result/conclusion】The knowledge aggregation process based on fuzzy cognitive map pro⁃ posed in this study can efficiently complete the knowledge aggregation of user-generated content in online health community. The knowledge aggregation results presented by fuzzy cognitive map can provide support for users to acquire and understand health knowl⁃ edge related to hypertension.【Innovation/limitation】This study enriches the aggregation path and method of user-generated content knowledge resources in online health community, and expands the application scope of fuzzy cognitive map. However, only the knowl⁃ edge aggregation related to hypertension in user-generated content of online health community is realized, and the breadth and depth of sample coverage need to be further improved.
