Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】In response to the systemic crises and lack of scientific rigor in decision-making for the protection and transmission of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH), this study aims to construct an intelligent decision-support system for the ICH field to enhance the scientific basis and precision of its governance.【Method/process】We constructed a three-tier architecture of "data foundation-intelligent analysis-intelligence service" to integrate multi-source heterogeneous ICH data resources, achieving end-to-end intelligent support from data fusion and knowledge generation to decision support.【Result/conclusion】The system estab⁃ lishes an intelligent framework for ICH preservation and transmission, enabling a shift from experience-based to data-driven decisionmaking. It provides actionable mechanisms for ICH project management, resource allocation, and inheritance evaluation.【Innovation/ limitation】Through the deep integration of information flows and technology chains, the system offers technical and institutional sup⁃ port for sustaining cultural heritage.
