基层医院数字化转型困境: 基于就医体验的用户信息回避归因研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】从用户就医体验切入,挖掘用户信息回避行为与用户就医体验和数字化转型的关系,并分析 相关影响因素及其组合路径,有利于新时代我国医疗健康事业与医疗健康产业的发展。【方法/过程】以信息回避理 论与威尔逊信息行为理论为指导,首先通过田野调查证明信息回避会导致用户体验下降,进而阻碍基层医院数字 化转型,同时发现相关条件变量,采用问卷调查收集相关数据,利用 fsQCA 详尽分析其影响因素与组合路径。【结 果/结论】分析信息质量、信息过载、认知冲突、负面情绪等因素对用户信息回避与数字化转型的影响,得到 6条路 径,可为医疗服务机构完善数字化转型、提高用户体验提供参考。【创新/局限】丰富了信息回避、用户行为以及医疗 数字化转型的相关理论与研究,仅涉及单一医疗机构及其就医用户,代表性仍有待提高。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Starting from the user's medical experience, exploring the relationship between user information avoidance behavior, user medical experience, and digital transformation, and analyzing the relevant influencing factors and their com⁃ bined paths, is beneficial to the development of China's medical and healthcare industry in the new era【. Method/process】Guided by the Information Avoidance Theory and Wilson's Information Behavior Theory, this study firstly demonstrates through field research that information avoidance can lead to a decline in user experience, thereby hindering the digital transformation of primary-level hos⁃ pitals. Simultaneously, it identifies relevant conditional variables, collects relevant data through questionnaires, and utilizes fsQCA to conduct a detailed analysis of its influencing factors and combined pathways【. Result/conclusion】Analyzing the impact of factors such as information quality, information overload, cognitive conflict, and negative emotions on user information avoidance and digital trans⁃ formation, six paths are identified, which can provide references for medical service institutions to improve digital transformation and enhance user experience.【Innovation/limitation】It enriches the theory and Research on information avoidance, user behavior and medical digital transformation, only involving a single medical institution and its medical users, and its representativeness still needs to be improved.
