Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】Current digital resources of local chronicles exhibit limitations in sharing capabilities and service

levels, hindering the full realization of their value. This research aims to optimize the organization and utilization of these resources

through semantic publishing, proposing a semantic publishing framework tailored for traditional drama local chronicles oriented to the

Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) domain.【Method/process】Grounded in the characteristic analysis of ICH traditional drama local

chronicle resources, this research designed a semantic publishing framework for their digital resources. Using Chu Opera as a case

study, relevant digital resources were systematically collected, and a prototype system was developed to implement the proposed frame⁃

work.【Result/conclusion】Through the Chu Opera case study, this research has accomplished effective organization and knowledge

mining of digital resources pertaining to traditional drama in local chronicles oriented to the ICH domain, validating the feasibility and

effectiveness of the semantic publishing framework. This work provides certain references for future research on local chronicle re⁃

source organization and semantic publishing applications.【Innovation/limitation】Future research could expand the scale of empirical

datasets, optimize the associated presentation of resources, and enhance the service functions of the platform.
