数据驱动背景下企业竞争情报服务能力评价体系

摘要:

【目的/意义】竞争情报服务已成为企业战略规划与决策制定的关键支撑,本研究旨在构建企业竞争情报服
务能力评价指标体系。【方法/过程】通过系统梳理、概括国内外相关研究成果,以三元世界理论为逻辑起点,数据驱
动背景下的企业竞争情报服务的数据环境、分析方法以及业务流程作为评价依据。从基础设施保障、数据分析处
理、情报服务反馈、组织文化因素和外部环境因素五个维度出发,初步归纳企业竞争情报服务能力的评价指标;再
运用问卷调查法、灰色数学统计法和层次分析法对初始指标进行优化和赋权,进行实证研究验证其有效性和可靠
性。【结果/结论】本文构建了包括5个一级指标和25个二级指标的企业竞争情报服务能力评价体系。【创新/局限】从
三元世界理论视角出发,丰富了企业竞争情报服务能力的理论研究,为实践中的企业提供可操作的评估框架和持
续改进方向,进而提升企业竞争情报服务的效能与价值。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】Competitive intelligence service has become the key support for enterprise strategic planning and de⁃
cision making. This research aims to construct the evaluation index system of enterprise competitive intelligence service capability.
【Method/process】By systematically sorting out and summarising the relevant research results at home and abroad, we take the theory
of ternary world as the logical starting point, and the data environment, analysis methods and business processes of enterprise competi⁃
tive intelligence services under the data-driven background are taken as the evaluation basis. The evaluation indexes of competitive in⁃
telligence service capability are summarized from infrastructure guarantee, data analysis and processing, intelligence service feedback
and external environment factors; then the questionnaire method, grey mathematical statistical method and hierarchical analysis
method are used to optimize and empower the initial indicators, and verify their effectiveness and reliability through empirical re⁃
search.【Result/conclusion】This paper constructs an evaluation system of enterprise competitive intelligence service capability includ⁃
ing five level indexes and 25 secondary indexes.【Innovation/limitation】From the perspective of the ternary world theory, it enriches
the theoretical research on the competitive intelligence service capability of enterprises, provides an operable evaluation framework
and a direction for continuous improvement for enterprises in practice, and then enhances the effectiveness and value of their competi⁃
tive intelligence services.
